Graduate Student Government Association (Grad SGA) By-Laws

The Grad SGA By-Laws contain all policies related to the legislative branch (e.g. the elections of Senators, allocation of Senate seats, operations of the Senate, quorum, and online voting process), the executive branch (e.g. the duties of the President, Vice President, and Executive Council), and the judicial branch of Graduate Student Government Association.

Joint Finance Committee (JFC) Policy

The Student Government Association (SGA), through the Undergraduate House of Representatives (UHR) and the Graduate Student Senate (GSS), administers the allocation of Student Activity Fee (SAF) funds at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The Joint Finance Committee (JFC) makes recommendations to the House and Senate in accordance with these policies.

Joint Campus Organizations Committee (JCOC) Policy

The Joint Campus Organization Committee is responsible for reviewing existing student organizations and making recommendations to the Undergraduate House of Representatives and Graduate Student Senate concerning the status of student organizations. It is chaired by the Vice President of Campus Organizations.
