Minimum Stipend Increases
Effective July 2023, Graduate SGA has helped increase the minimum stipend rate alongside implementation of a process to annually review this rate and suggest increases to the Office of the Provost. Read more about the policy here.
Use of AI as a Tool in Research
Graduate SGA in partnership with the Office of Graduate Education has posted guidelines for the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT when conducting graduate research. Additionally, GSGA and OGE recorded a virtual panel to discuss suggestions of how to utilize AI in your research, as well as discuss issues in this field.
